We are a dynamic and innovative company in a creative environment requiring an energetic, dynamic, creative, ambitious, motivated and committed External Sales Consultant based at our showroom in Deco Park, Northriding. You will focus on selling our product to the professionals in the building industry – architects, property developers, interior designers, as well as in the showroom. A passion for selling and proven experience is essential.
The package will be structured as a basic, car, petrol and cellular phone allowances and performance incentives. Great earning potential!

SALES MANAGER
(JOHANNESBURG)
We require a dynamic, inspiring and self motivated individual passionate about selling and driven to grow our Deco Park Branch. You need to have:
• Proven previous sales management experience in managing a team of at least 5 sales consultants in a highly driven sales environment. A strong sales background is essential.
• Proof of sales target achievement is also a prerequisite.
• Good administrative, problem solving, organizational, time management and computer skills are required.
• You will need to have the ability to work independently with a good business acumen. An understanding of the importance of exceeding customer expectations and the management of all branch related admin are necessary to perform and excel in this exciting position.
• The position requires a dedicated team leader who is highly sales driven and able to guide and mentor the sales team.
The package offered is structured as basic salary, car allowance, cell allowance and petrol card
Previous experience in the flooring or related industries will be an advantage.
